This is a helpful post, because the m...Hello Don, <br /><br />This is a helpful post, because the most scary part (especially for beginners) is generally the descent part. <br /><br />These are helpful steps prior to dive on the surface. <br /><br />In fact, we have homework to do starting from the day before the dive day to reduce/remove stress. <br /><br />Having a good sleep (8 hours), having a light breakfast on the dive day are keys for a good and stress-free dive. <br /><br />Responsible buddy and buddy check will also make you feel relaxed prior to jump onto the water. <br /><br />I also wrote about having relaxed dives in my own blog.
